EU consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of digital goods, unless the withdrawal right lapses earlier because you began using the digital content with your express consent before the withdrawal period expired. By downloading the plugin jar or activating your license key, you give that consent and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses at that moment.

Goodwill refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the plugin does not work as advertised after reasonable setup effort, open a support ticket in our Discord within 14 days of purchase and we will either fix the issue or refund you.

Not eligible for refund

• Refund requests after 14 days from purchase.
• Licenses that have been revoked for abuse (key sharing, resale, reverse-engineering).
• Custom-development work after delivery acceptance.
